Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at a nationally-ranked, public academic health center. As a Social Worker, you will be working with adolescents aged 12-19 who have experienced trauma, abuse, addiction, homelessness, and trafficking. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Participate as an interdisciplinary member of the treatment team, providing trauma-informed care and promoting a person-centered, skills-based collaborative philosophy.
Collaborate with treatment teams to assess and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals, both physically and emotionally.
Prepare, implement, update, and evaluate modified evidence-based trauma therapy to meet the specialized service needs of individuals and their families.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work
LCSW Professional licensure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related electronic medical records systems
Ability to travel to off-site locations
