Job Summary:

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join our team. As a Structural Welder, you'll be responsible for welding and assembling steel structures, collaborating with colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.

Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $48,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safe and efficient work practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Continuously improve work processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • A certified welder in carbon steel (MIG & SMAW), with additional certification in stainless steel and aluminum (TIG) being a plus
  • 2-3 years of solid experience in structural welding and fabrication
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
