We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Integrity Healthcare in Roseburg, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional to work in an outpatient value-based care setting with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Competitive base salary ($140,000 range with experience)
- Quarterly bonuses on top of base salary
