Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- PharmD degree (preferred)
- 1 year of experience working in a hospital or advanced pharmacy practice experience (APPE) in a clinical setting
- PA Pharmacist License (required)
- BLS certification (preferred)
Working Conditions:
