About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Mozaic. As a Residential Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals with disabilities residing in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on care and support to residents, promoting positive self-esteem and well-being within a home environment.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of residents, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a nurturing and empowering environment for all residents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • A competitive pay range of $17.00 to $17.75 per hour.
