We are seeking a highly skilled Lockout Safety Consultant to join our professional services team at Rockford Systems LLC.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and ANSI/ASSP standards, with specific proficiency in OSHA and ANSI/ASSP Z244.1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety processes and procedures for safe equipment shutdown.
  • Collaborate with management to assess current performance and identify gaps in lockout processes.
  • Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise to develop and implement LOTO policies and procedures.
  • Develop and present customized courseware for Train-the-Trainer and Authorized Lockout Tagout Training.
  • Manage customer relations and involvement throughout the sales and service delivery process.
  • Work closely with Lockout Field Technicians and serve as the subject matter expert for machine-specific lockout procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct training and develop training material.
