Position Overview

The Supervisor will draft and revise security post orders, assist the security team during critical situations, and build strong relationships with our esteemed clients. The goal is to provide exceptional service that meets contractual obligations and surpasses client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages 6,000-7,500 hours of contracted service
  • Coordinates the scheduling of security personnel in accordance with client needs
  • Trains, mentors, and supports uniformed security staff
  • Acts as a liaison with clients, ensuring effective communication regarding operations
  • Delivers outstanding customer service
  • Oversees personnel and budget management while ensuring compliance with contracts
  • Drafts and updates security post orders
  • Promotes operational accountability
  • Conducts unannounced inspections and visits to client sites
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing security operations or accounts
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and structured environment, adhering to established processes
  • Flexibility in availability to address client needs as they arise
  • Capability to perform under pressure with strict deadlines
  • Familiarity with WinTeam & eHub platforms is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid Driver's License is preferred

Salary Range:

Annual salary between $63,000 and $70,000, commensurate with experience.
