  1. Maintaining Time in Service: Employees who accept new positions within Chenega MIOS will retain their time in service.
  2. Benefits Continuity: Transitioning employees will have their benefits plan roll over, provided the new position is classified similarly.
  3. End of Benefits: Benefits will conclude at the end of the month of termination, with specific provisions for medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  4. 401K Account Information: Employees can roll over their 401K balances or request distributions post-termination, with guidelines on potential penalties for early withdrawal.
