About the Role
As an Infusion Nurse II at Option Care Health, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality infusion services to patients across the United States. This position requires active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice, minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, and current CPR certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, develop, and implement intermediate nursing plan of care treatments
- Evaluate patient progress towards goals and organize direct patient care
- Assess patient needs and physical status, and communicate with the clinical team and medical providers
- Provide training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I's and prepare clinical documentation
- Maximize work efficiency through the use of computers and automation technologies
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated competency in patient care standards
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with a maximum lifting of 75 pounds
