Key Responsibilities

• Copy detailed drawings, layouts, and designs using computer-aided design software.
• Structural drafting of construction documents, including structural drawings and instructions.
• Develop procedures for design development and construction documents, with a focus on structural and roadway planning.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Associate or technical school degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microstation and AutoCAD.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• A commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Civil3D and Open Roads Designer.
• PennDOT, Ohio DOT, or WV DOH experience.
• Preference given to local candidates.
