We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to enhance our HR department by:

  • Ensuring that job descriptions are thoroughly reviewed and remain current.
  • Conducting job evaluations and market assessments for designated client groups; analyzing data from external market surveys to assess UW Health's compensation stance and providing recommendations.
  • Assisting in the audit of employee, position, and job data, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Ensuring that compensation programs and policies comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum – Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Work Experience:
Minimum – Three (3) years of experience in analytical roles within Human Resources, with a focus on Compensation programs.

Preferred – Five years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, including involvement in the execution and development of compensation and benefits programs, creation of plan materials, and identifying opportunities for enhancement in compensation and benefits strategies.

Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – None

Preferred – Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefits (CEBS), Professional Human Resource Certificate (PHR), or Senior Professional Human Resource Certificate (SPHR).
