Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This role involves inspecting rooms and common areas, maintaining proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment, and updating records of cleaned rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.
  • Inspect rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness and report any necessary maintenance items.
  • Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Update and record all cleaned rooms, and return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office.
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures, and service standards, to ensure a high level of quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous housekeeping experience, an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision.
