The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in commercial framing/drywall & ACT systems as a Project Manager/Estimator. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff & Quick Bid software.

About the Role

  • Estimate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Lead project teams and provide hands-on guidance.
  • Travel to local job sites for bidding, pre-construction walks, and site visits.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial framing/drywall & ACT systems.
  • Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff & Quick Bid software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect paid time off, paid health insurance, flexible scheduling, gas/truck allowance, and a company laptop.
