About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Blo Blow Dry Bar. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our salon, including managing a team of staff, overseeing scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and ensuring a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Hire, manage, support, and retain an amazing team of stylists and support staff.
  • Scheduling and Payroll: Manage scheduling, payroll, and ensure that all staff are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest receives a superior experience, including providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all services are completed to the highest standard.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the salon, including creating budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the salon is profitable.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in staff management, recruitment, training, and onboarding stylists.
  • Education: Up-to-date cosmetology license for the state.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong technical skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends and be flexible with scheduling.
