Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality flexible circuits.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any issues.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal production efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in production operations or material handling within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is required.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- A professional, can-do attitude is essential.
- You should be able to identify issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing.
- You should be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed, and be able to work overtime and change your schedule on short notice as required.
- Candidates with IPC 7711/7721 certification are strongly encouraged to apply.
