As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with our patients, providing continuous care and support to help them thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health education and training to family members
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
  • Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, and the healthcare team on client problems, concerns, and changes in client condition
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation
