Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate steel erection costs for commercial projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major General Contractors in the Southeast
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate estimates and timely project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in structural steel estimation
  • Commercial project experience with a focus on steel erection
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam software

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project planning, risk management, and time management skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
