About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Optical Characterization Specialist to join our team at Lumentum Operations LLC. As an Optical Characterization Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing testing procedures and systems to ensure the highest level of product quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in testing and development. Strong knowledge of physics and technology is required, as well as experience with optical characterization techniques, including LIV, FF, NF, and optical modulation analysis.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
