In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing lab supplies, equipment, and technology, ensuring seamless student experiences, and collaborating with faculty, staff, and students. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing procedures for managing lab supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory, organizing and storing supplies and equipment, and coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, including assistance with lab equipment and technology, provision of guidance and support, and preparation of a welcoming environment for students.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Operations to develop and manage the lab budget, including monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Working closely with OBU Technology Services and Audio-Visual teams to ensure seamless technology integration and support across the graduate health sciences programs.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in laboratory operations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
