IT Internship Opportunity at Quantifi

We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for IT to join our NY/NJ based IT team at Quantifi. As an intern, you will work on projects that will directly impact our infrastructure and end users, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with end users locally and remotely to resolve technical issues
  • Support ticket completion and small projects
  • Shadow experienced IT Systems Engineers on complex issues
  • Work with a range of technologies, including Windows OS, SQL Server, Azure, and VMware
  • Optimize Quantifi systems for end-user performance
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Windows Operating systems, cloud computing, and networking
  • Familiarity with Office tools, such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root causes
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
