We're seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Coordinator to join our team As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects for industrial and office properties.

About the Job:

  • Assist in developing project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination and Execution

• Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Drive project success through efficient and effective use of resources, leveraging expertise and best practices.

Vendor and Contract Management

• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring prompt payment, quality service, and contract compliance.

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to project specifications.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements, securing favorable terms and conditions.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Provide regular project updates, ensuring informed decision-making and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Facilitate constructive feedback and issue resolution, maintaining positive relationships and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably with commercial real estate focus.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of construction software, tools, and technologies, including Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, and Project Management applications.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, visiting project sites and meeting with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
