Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Manager - Strategic Accounts to join our team. As an On-Site Staffing Manager, you will act as an on-site extension of Eastridge and our client by managing all aspects of our temporary workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and hiring managers to provide knowledge and guidance regarding program processes, policies, and next steps.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with hiring managers by acting as their main point of contact for any questions related to the program.
  • Recruit across a wide range of positions, from executive to entry-level.
  • Conduct candidate interviews in-person, via Skype, or FaceTime.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and build business partnerships.
  • Manage and communicate daily attendance, absences, illnesses, work-related injuries, requisition management.
  • Implement and maintain timekeeping systems.
  • Ensure managers are knowledgeable and abide by the Contingent Workforce program policies and requirements.
  • Facilitate a smooth and timely on-boarding of contingent workers.
  • Respond to other operational issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of account management experience.
  • Staffing and/or recruitment experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High-volume, light Industrial recruiting and/or staffing experience.
  • Onsite Account Management experience.
