Key Responsibilities
  • Manipulate, analyze, visualize, and interpret data using business intelligence tools to drive business improvements.
  • Support the generation of reports, communications, and training material to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze project and company-level data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Develop dashboards and other tools to enhance data visualization and insights.
  • Support planning, design, and implementation of new tools, templates, standards, and automated processes to promote quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with experts and leaders on new technologies and approaches to drive innovation.
  • Demonstrate new tools and processes to colleagues and partners to facilitate adoption.
  • Prepare presentations for facilitating workshops on business management tools and processes.
  • Write reports, memos, communications, training material, or technical specifications to document solutions and best practices.
Requirements
  • 0-5 years of experience with data management, data analytics, business process automation, project management, and/or business consulting.
  • Strong self-motivation to solve problems, innovate, and improve systems.
  • Basic working knowledge of project management principles and business operations.
  • Organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and lead change in a business environment.
  • Strong skills using data to help answer difficult questions and support good decision-making.
  • Ability to interpret complex business/project concepts for use in novel analytics and visualizations.
  • Experience with data management and relational databases.
  • Experience with data presentation and analytics using Power BI.
  • Experience with Big Data, Machine Learning, and AI platforms a plus.
