Job Title: Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Hershey, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse, RN, will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to a designated group of patients. You will establish goals and priorities of nursing care, develop a written plan of nursing care, and document patient progress. You will work collaboratively with the medical staff in matters of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective patient care
  • Document patient progress and care provided
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period
