Job Overview

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work in a school-based setting, providing essential services to students with communication disorders. Our team is dedicated to empowering students to communicate confidently and succeed academically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders, ensuring students receive targeted support to achieve their academic goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic challenges, adapting to their unique needs and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals in the school environment, fostering a cohesive and supportive team approach.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
