About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in music education, with experience teaching children in this age group. They will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, using their musical skills to bring joy and creativity to young students.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30-$38, commensurate with experience. In addition to a salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(K) plan with employer matching after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans for one-on-one music instruction
- Develop a weekly Music Explorers group class with a dedicated curriculum for children aged 5-7
- Teach piano and guitar skills to students, as needed
- Cultivate a nurturing environment for young learners to grow musically
Required Qualifications:
- Strong music education background, preferably with a degree in Music Education or Music Performance
- Experience teaching children aged 5-7 years old
- Demonstrated ability to pass a routine background check
