We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, and the opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven organization making a positive impact on patient lives.

You'll work alongside a team of committed physicians, APCs, registered dietitians, nurses, pharmacists, and other staff to provide exceptional medical care, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of obesity-related conditions in a primary care setting.

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' overall health by helping them improve their metabolic well-being.

With a hybrid model of care, you'll have flexible scheduling and no evening/weekend responsibilities outside of phone on-call duties.

Requirements include a Master's degree (MSN) and certification as a family nurse practitioner or physician assistant studies, plus 2+ years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting, preferably in chronic condition management and weight management.

We're dedicated to inclusive, compassionate care, and believe in shared decision-making with patients. You'll partner with them to achieve their health goals without judgment or shame.
