Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Solution Strategists, Business Analysts, and business unit stakeholders on the design, requirements, and implementation of new workflows, applications, automations, and solutions.
  • Perform standard SharePoint Site Collection Administration duties such as creating and managing sites, libraries, lists, workflows; managing features, functions, security groups and user permissions; managing content types, columns, and content management.
  • Create and maintain documentation and code comments on developed solutions.
  • Manage SharePoint sites within Teams and OneDrive.
  • Ensure platform is secure and meets FIBT security requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Provide SharePoint support and end user training.
  • Review usage and activity reports to make adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
  • Keep up to date with SharePoint feature enhancements and deprecations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of SharePoint Administration experience with knowledge of SharePoint tools, including Power Automate workflows and SharePoint forms, for tasks is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as Power BI, PowerShell and Office 365 a plus.
  • Experience as a member of a technical project team, from design through delivery.
  • Understands technical and functional Microsoft design requirements.
