About the Role:

Marksman Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deter criminal activity and protect property
  • Enforce rules and regulations on the property
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
  • Patrol areas and conduct security checks
  • Provide protection for equipment and workers
  • Check credentials of vehicles and individuals

Available Security Officer Positions:

We have several positions available, including:

  • Rover: Conduct foot or vehicle patrols, detect suspicious behavior, and prevent vandalism and theft
  • Gatehouse: Greet residents and guests, check identification, log visitor vehicles, and control access to the property

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid TN Security License
  • Valid TN Driver's License
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with report writing
  • Monitoring and surveillance experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
