About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Stylist to join our team at AllSaints Retail. As a Seasonal Stylist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, styling customers in our latest collections, and maintaining the store's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Style customers in our latest collections, sharing product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience
• Maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring that product is readily available for customers and floor sets and standards are upheld at all times
• Support with stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, utilizing digital tools to support a positive customer journey
• Empower customers to make service decisions, resolving issues and retaining customer loyalty and trust

Requirements

• Friendly and attentive, with excellent communication skills
• Awareness and knowledge of our brand, style, and brand values
• Can-do attitude and enthusiasm, with a passion for fashion and customer service
• Good problem-solving techniques and ability to work under pressure
• Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools and processing transactions
• Excellent attention to detail and a confident communicator
