At Lifelancer, we're looking for a talented Biology Research Scientist to join our team in training and evaluating AI models.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing diverse and complex biology problems to AI chatbots and evaluating their outputs for correctness and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the quality produced by AI models using your expertise in biology
  • Design and implement experiments to test AI model performance
Requirements

We're looking for candidates with a strong background in biology, preferably holding a Master's or PhD degree. Fluency in English is essential, as well as detail-oriented skills and proficiency in biology and inductive/deductive reasoning. If you have experience working with AI models and are passionate about contributing to innovative projects, we'd love to hear from you
