Childcare Transportation Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Transportation Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for transporting children to and from school, as well as participating in approved activities. If you have a passion for working with young children and possess a valid driver's license, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive school bus on all scheduled routes to and from school, as well as approved activities
  • Communicate with teachers, parents, and children to meet the needs of each transported child
  • Work a split shift, leaving the middle of your day free

Requirements:

  • Ability to relate positively with young children
  • Ability to drive school bus to transport children to and from school
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prefer some college coursework related to early childhood education
  • Valid driver's license; CDL preferred
  • First aid and child/adult CPR certification
  • Successful background check and VA licensing standards required
  • At least 23 years of age
