Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician to join our team at Loyola University Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dialysis treatment to patients with kidney failure.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines to provide treatment for patients with kidney failure.
  • Function as a contributing member of a healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and related health issues.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • HS Diploma plus training acquired through work experience and education.
  • CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Tech) or Bonent Certification.
  • REQUIRED: CPR/BLS - American Heart Association.
