Munson Healthcare seeks a seasoned nursing leader to oversee the Cardiac Cath Lab and Inpatient Services. As Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic leadership and administration, driving quality improvement and patient care excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement True North and ensure patient care, safety, and quality
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and foster professional communication
  • Drive strategic thinking and achieve MMC's goals through quality improvement and performance indicators
  • Oversee additional inpatient services and units, including A4 Cardiac Telemetry, C4 Telemetry, and D5 Oncology
