We are seeking a skilled Heating and Cooling Specialist to join our team at One Source Heating and Cooling in Birmingham, AL. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality HVAC services that exceed our customers' expectations.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$95,000 annually, plus commissions, to recognize your expertise and dedication. Your key responsibilities will include conducting routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems, diagnosing and resolving system malfunctions, performing repairs and replacements of faulty components, cleaning and replacing filters, coils, and other HVAC system elements as needed, and providing expert recommendations to customers.

Requirements for this position include 2-5 years experience in HVAC service, EPA certification (preferred), a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and being willing to submit to a background check and drug testing. Additionally, you should be able to consistently lift and carry 50-75lbs and be authorized to work in the US.
