Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and receive mentorship from the Lead Partner Doctor.
• Contribute to the office atmosphere and help cultivate a positive workplace culture.
• Establish clear expectations and provide guidance and training to the clinical team regarding clinical procedures and preferences.
• Engage in marketing efforts to attract new referrals and maintain existing relationships.
• Conduct examinations, diagnoses, and treatments of the dental pulp and surrounding tissues.
• Administer local anesthetics as required.
• Perform root canal treatments and various endodontic surgical procedures, including apicoectomies.
• Address and manage traumatic dental injuries.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in endodontics.

• Preferred surgical experience.
• DDS or DMD with a completed residency certificate from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
