Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for generating in-store events, creating a strong presence in-store, and increasing sales and brand awareness for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Brand: Be the face of our company in-store, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
  • Generate In-Store Events: Plan and execute in-store events, product demonstrations, and other activities to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams, leadership, and customers to ensure a positive and supportive in-store experience.
  • Coach and Educate: Provide coaching and education to store teams on our products, services, and brand values.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Achieve sales goals and targets, working closely with store teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Beauty Savvy: Have a strong understanding of the beauty industry, including products, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, being self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to travel to stores and events.
  • Availability: Be available to work a committed schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
