We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inspector IV to join our team at HF Sinclair Corporation. As a key member of our Inspection Department, you will be responsible for leading and conducting advanced inspection duties and assignments under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the mechanical integrity of refinery equipment through inspections and maintenance activities.
- Lead the development and implementation of inspection plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive asset reliability and optimize refinery operations.
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced inspectors and technicians.
- Oversee the work of contracted inspectors and technicians, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to company standards.
- Minimum 10 years of on-the-job experience in inspection, maintenance, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of inspection methods and techniques, including API-510, API-570, and API-653.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to direct and motivate a team.
- Experience with RBI-focused Inspection Database Management Systems (IDMS) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
