Fitness Career Advancement Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a Fitness Career Advancement Specialist at Equinox, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and Maintaining an Active Client Base
- Managing and Maintaining an Accurate Schedule
- Marketing and Selling Personal Training Programs
- Maintaining Knowledge of All Club Services
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to develop and refine your approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning. Under the guidance of two dedicated managers, you will become empowered to maximize both your personal and client performance.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program
- Current CPR/AED certification (certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants)
- Possession of passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
- Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- BASIC computer and technology skills
