We are looking for an experienced Biostatistician Leader to join our Clinical Development team. As a senior statistician, you will lead the statistical aspects of clinical studies, develop statistical plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead statistical analysis and interpretation of results\
  • Develop and implement statistical plans for clinical studies\
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met\
  • Review and author SOPs and/or Work Instructions related to statistical programming practices\
  • Support complex clinical trials from design to archival\
  • Prepare clinical study reports, including integrated summaries for submissions\\[/ul]\

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • A Master's degree in statistics or a related field, with a Ph.D. strongly desired\
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting clinical trials in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry\
  • Excellent SAS programming skills for QCing critical outputs, efficacy/safety tables, and working closely with programmers\
  • Solid understanding and implementation of CDISC requirements for regulatory submissions\
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders\
  • Effective communication skills to explain methodology and consequences of decisions\[/ul]\
