We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Loader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our facility.
Responsibilities- Understand and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist the operator in performing various tasks, including inspecting work in process, cleaning the machine and surrounding area, and loading raw materials.
- Inspect work in process for conformance to quality standards and advise the operator of any deficiencies.
- Operate jib cranes and fork trucks as needed.
- Wear safety equipment and follow safety rules at all times.
- Meet production requirements and assist in other areas of the plant as needed.
- Fill out reports and post daily production reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the operator or supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
