Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Recovery Room team on a part-time rotating basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, directing, and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care for surgical patients, ensuring continuity of care during their hospital stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Current State of California RN license.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current PALS certification.
- ASPAN certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year PACU or ICU experience required.

$77.05 hourly.
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.
