Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in labor & employment law, with exposure to litigation
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
  • Minimum 1-year experience of filing at the State and Federal level in Texas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery
  • Experience with document management and drafting

Compensation and Benefits:

$75,000-$90,000/year
