Shift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee production processes in our food processing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.

• Provide direction and supervise staff to ensure efficient production processes.
• Ensure a safe work environment for all personnel and minimize downtime due to operation problems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory position within the food manufacturing industry.
• An Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
