- Execute a regular cleaning schedule, including regular cleaning of large cooking and refrigeration equipment, to maintain a high cleanliness and sanitation standard in the facility.
- Ensure regular maintenance and upkeep of kitchen equipment, including hood ventilation systems, refrigeration units, and cooking equipment.
- Assist in food preparation, recipe execution, plating, and presentations.
- Assist in planning, preparation, execution, and breakdown of prospect and customer kitchen visits.
- Assist in planning, preparation, execution, and breakdown of seller training events, sales meetings, and customer events.
- Assist with shopping for additional ingredients needed for customer and company events.
- Food Service Sanitation Certified
- ServSafe certification required
- Sanitation certifications to satisfy local and state health department requirements
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations, including inventory management and food preparation
- Prior experience working in large, fast-paced food operations of at least 3 to 6 months desired
- Basic computing skills preferred
This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with periods of heavy lifting involved.
