As a Diagnostic Imaging Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing clinically relevant information to assist physicians with patient diagnosis and treatment. Your expertise in medical imaging will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Proficiency in computer skills and software programs used for documentation and report generation is required.
- You must have sonography education, training, and experience in the specialty area(s) to be performed.
- Maintaining regular attendance and participating in on-call rotations are essential responsibilities.
- Fostering a collaborative atmosphere with healthcare team members is vital.
Requirements:
- A graduate of an approved Ultrasound training program is mandatory.
- At least one year of sonographer experience is required.
- Breast experience is a must.
- Hold a minimum of one certification from a recognized certification board, such as ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI.
