Woodwork Specialist

As a skilled Woodwork Specialist at InProduction, you will play a critical part in bringing our clients' visions to life. We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing scenic elements, cutting and shaping lumber, and ensuring that all work meets health and safety standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.
• Take precise measurements and calculate material quantities.
• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials according to specifications.
• Construct scenic elements as per shop drawings and verbal instructions.
• Coordinate space and set-up requirements with various departments.
• Collaborate efficiently with colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Assist with equipment preparation, repair, and loading/unloading tasks.

• Proven experience as a Carpenter (min. 2 years).
• Able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials.
• Familiarity with electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Excellent understanding of safety guidelines and protocols.
• Good math skills and physical endurance.
• Able to lift and push up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
