Job Summary:

Mastech Digital is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize production flow within a factory. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and possess strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 30-40 employees, including hiring, training, and conducting annual evaluations.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute production activities to meet quality and efficiency goals.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on eliminating defects through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to prevent and resolve production issues.
  • Monitor and report production metrics, including daily/weekly KPI tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S practices and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise.
  • Ability to manage a team of 30-40 employees.
  • Proficient in Lean methodologies, including TPM, 5S, and visual factory concepts.
  • Advanced knowledge of EH&S and OSHA requirements.
