Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide nursing care, training, and education to patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Collect, analyze, and record patient health data accurately.
  • Develop and implement plans of care that describe interventions to attain expected outcomes.
  • Evaluate patient progress toward attainment of identified goals.
  • Adhere to approved, research-based practice standards.
  • Utilize equipment and materials in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year or more of current dialysis experience.
  • Copy of current, valid driver's license.
  • Geriatric patient experience.
  • NXStage Dialysis Machine experience.
  • Crown Web EMR experience (preferred).
Work Environment:

Our Dialysis Nurse will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be required to work a posted schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 hours a day.
