Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Zufall Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, delivering exceptional care to our patients. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Clinical and Nursing Operations, you will collaborate with various multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This full-time role encompasses a range of clinical duties in both the healthcare facility and community outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with Care Teams, healthcare providers, and support personnel to provide outstanding patient care services.
- Conduct triage, maintain documentation, and educate patients within the clinical environment.
- Manage and supervise laboratory services and vaccination initiatives.
- Facilitate patient care coordination and referrals to outside healthcare providers.
- Participate in community outreach activities and health fairs.
- In-depth understanding of nursing principles and practices.
- Experience in primary care and women's health matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Capability to work autonomously and efficiently complete tasks.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program and possess a valid RN license in New Jersey.
- Current BLS certification and experience in an outpatient care setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications.
